Return & Refund

1. Cancellation Before Shipping

You may cancel an order within [e.g. 24 hours] of placing it if it hasn’t been processed / shipped. Contact us ASAP.

2. Returns / Exchanges

  • Return or exchange is accepted within 7 / 10 / 15 days from delivery (you choose your window).

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, tags intact, and not damaged.

  • To initiate return, contact us (phone/email) with order number & reason.

  • Customer bears return shipping cost (unless product is damaged / wrong).

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect returned product.

  • Refund will be via original payment mode (bank / wallet / card).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless it was our error).

  • Partial refunds possible (if product used / damaged beyond return condition).

4. Non-returnable Items

  • Opened / used / damaged products

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, certain health / personal care items

5. Exchange

  • If eligible, we can send you replacement product (subject to stock).

  • For exchange, you may need to return the original first.

6. Late / Lost Refunds

  • If you haven’t received refund after the stated time, check bank / card / contact us.

  • Sometimes it may take extra processing time by bank.
