Return or exchange is accepted within 7 / 10 / 15 days from delivery (you choose your window).
Product must be unused, in original packaging, tags intact, and not damaged.
To initiate return, contact us (phone/email) with order number & reason.
Customer bears return shipping cost (unless product is damaged / wrong).
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect returned product.
Refund will be via original payment mode (bank / wallet / card).
Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless it was our error).
Partial refunds possible (if product used / damaged beyond return condition).
